Online games

Now playing : James Blunt - 1973

These days things have been getting a little dull and routine. Okay...routine is a lifetime thing. It has been routine all the while but it has never been boring. I've always enjoyed my lifestyle. :P What can I say...sometimes just lazing on the couch and reading a good novel really makes me 'high'. *shrug* A real novel..mind you.
Now, the dull factor has crept into my senses. Ever since I completed my masters course I've been looking out for a possible breakthrough into a different field. Not that I've tried much, I didn't but I've been thinking what to do with my life aside from IT. I'm bored with my work. So so so so so bored with it. Anyway, I've been indulging myself in some online games whenever I didn't feel like sleeping early. One thing I've learnt, going to bed early is a disaster waiting to happen. That's because if I go to bed anytime before 11pm I'll be waking up every 2 hours in the middle of the night for no reason. Although I play online games at times, I can't stay focused in it for long. Every 5 minutes I'll be changing games because I get sick of it so easily. But there is one game that I quite like which can be found in www.miniclip.com , under the Sports section called Table Tennis Tournament. Heck, who says I suck at sports? If my former teachers think I suck in sports..they are dead wrong. Just because I'm short and tiny doesn't mean I'm useless, I triumph in the virtual arena. So suck this in fellas! Haha...
Apart from the load of crap I just mentioned, today I went to watch Rush Hour 3. It's a very funny show. Chris Tucker is so annoyingly lovable. Before the movie, Ding and I headed to the CIMB bonus points fiesta to redeem some stuff. There was quite a number of people there. Hmm..a lot of people in fact. They set up this large fans which sprays water vapour. I understand that it is meant to cool things down but man, it's irritating. Everytime I walk past one of these giant water blower thingy, my face gets wet. What's up with that?!
So here I am, it's getting dark and cloudy outside and I'm getting hungry. Another Sunday slipping through my fingers and a long week ahead. I hope I survive the mental torture...wahaha. Cheers!

It's ok to wonder

Now playing : No Doubt - Sunday Morning

Ever wondered how things will have turned out if you had chosen a different path in life? I mean, just ignore all the things people will say about not regretting the past or not to think back on what has happened. Just remember! It is the past that shapes our future. We will spend the rest of our lives thinking about the good and the bad in the past. That is nature’s law. Thinking about the past is perfectly alright, but living in the past is not. This isn’t about regret though. Wondering and regretting is totally different.

Sometimes I do wonder how different I might be right now if I hadn’t chosen to stay in Penang and further my education here. What if I had told my parents, please send me overseas. Back then, my only thought was I will be very homesick. Besides, financially, I saved my parents a lot of money and headache by studying in Penang. :P But now I’m 25 and I believe my thinking has changed slightly. If I think back when I was deciding what to do with my life after SPM but using the mindset or mental state I am in now, I would have wanted to study abroad. It’s a nice thought but I would have squeezed my parent’s pockets dry if I had done that. Maybe things would have turned out differently..better? no? It’s unknown. I’m sure it would have been a very rewarding experience in terms of exposure, independence and experience. But things aren't too bad now, I ain't complaining about my life. I love my life but I tend to imagine different scenarios most of the time.

Anyway, I chose to study Computer Science because back then, I thought that this was the only thing I am able to do and I chose to study here. It was a good thing and I learnt many things there. I enjoyed that episode of my life. If I hadn’t done that, I will not have met the people that are now one of my closest friends. I would never have known how nice it feels to hang out with them. In a way, it’s a blessing! Frankly, I don’t like IT anymore, I don’t like programming and supporting systems, I don’t like learning new technical mumbo jumbo at all but I’m thankful to have studied here and met the great friends I have now. I loved college times. It was 4 great years of my life excluding the exams.

In terms of exposure, fortunately I didn’t miss out totally. I could say I got a slight taste of it when I started working. I was constantly sent to Singapore during the 1st and 2nd year of my work and a 2 week stint in the US last year. So I had a preview but of course it is totally different from staying and studying long term in a foreign country. What I experienced is like 'finger food'. Small, temporary yet delicious. I loved my trip to US. It was an eye-opening experience and I liked it there. But now I’m just sitting here staring at the long-ish codes in a program and contemplating how in hell did anybody come up with shit like that. And I wonder… this isn’t for me anymore, is it? It probably was when I first started off but I knew I never wanted to do this forever. Anything to do with training on new technology or new programming language, I could almost vomit blood. I have absolutely zero interest in this now. I’m just shocked at how long I’ve stayed in this field. Time flies in a state of convenience but it’s time for me to seek a new challenge. Whatever that is. I’m still looking. I’m desperate enough to think I might join my dad in his field of work although I grew up having no interest in it. Maybe I have changed. I could learn a lot more and see things a lot differently if I choose to enter that field. But it’s just a passing thought. Someone said that if I wake up every morning and feel energetic to come to work, it means I like my job but if I wake up and feel a big dread and burden, something is very wrong.

Ten Feet High

Now playing : Andrea Corr - Champagne From A Straw

This is the new album and first solo album of Andrea Corr. Obviously it's Andrea Corr from THE CORRS! She's the lead singer of The Corrs in case you were stuck in neverland all these years. :P This is her debut solo album. The first time I heard the album, to be frank, I didn't like it. Then I decided to pop the cd into my car and listen again on the way to work. Bingo! Loved it...just like every other Corrs album. You gotta listen to it more than once to be able to appreciate it. Now I'm hooked on it. I like the first song 'Hello Boys'. It's odd and doesn't seem like something she would sing but it sounds fun. But I didn't quite like the 2nd and 3rd song (Anybody There and Shame On You). Other than that, from song number 4 till the end. It was classic. The album started to pick up on a positive note from track 5. That is 'Ten Feet High' and is my favourite song of the whole album. I loved the piano music in the background. Lovely. I'm a great supporter of The Corrs which is my favourite band ever and Andrea's album certainly lives up to the standards. Other songs like 'Ideal World' and '24 Hours' are also 5 star products in my point of view. There's another catchy song on the album called 'Champagne From A Straw'. This song sets such a fun happy mood. The backing music is absolutely infectious. Worth every dollar...only complain is the album is kinda short. 11 different songs but 14 songs would have been perfect. Nevertheless, it has become my favourite album of 2007.

TVB series

Now playing : Duran Duran - Ordinary World

I've just completed watching 2 very nice Hong Kong TVB series. The first one is Heart of Greed, starring Moses Chan as a nerdy guy but smart in business. There are quite a number of big names in there too, the picture speaks for itself. He operates an abalone business..a family business and his father has 2 wives. So imagine the typical chaos in a chinese story involving more than 1 wives. Of course add in a really wealthy father, 4 children (1 of them is a product of extra marital affair, 2 is from the first wive, 1 from the second wife) At least for this show, all the 4 children are the good ones versus the evil stepmother. Oh, the 2nd wife is a real mean witch here. The series revolves around the abalone business, jealousy and after the death of the first wife, all hell breaks lose because of fortune. It's also sort of a comedy drama. Moses's character with his nickname 'tak tak tei' is really funny. Some parts are so sad and touchy..I even shed some tears. It has a good ending, though short ending. 'tak tak tei' just flashes a big diamond ring to his love and they run off into the night and The End.
Another series which I just finished watching is The Green Grass of Home. This one is a funny show. Have you noticed that most TVB series are quite educational also. Seems like each series highlights different jobs/careers/industries. I mean, yes...usually it's around love, family, money and stuff but it is based on a particular job. Each series usually introduces a particular industry to us. So far I've seen different jobs in different TVB shows such as stockbroking, abalone sales, airline, firefighting, police, forensics, car maker (there's a new one coming The Drive of Life about car makers), banking, IT, entertainment, wholesalers, food & beverage and the list goes on. This one The Green Grass of Home highlights the jobs of interior designers, construction and farmers. It's a funny romantic show with a good ending. I enjoyed it and I love the theme song also which is sung by Leo Ku.

Pursuit of Happyness

Now playing : Diana Krall - Fly Me To The Moon

Recently I watched the Pursuit of Happyness starring the great Will Smith. In the show, he questioned happiness. Why is it a pursuit? I guess happiness is something people pursue. People strive for happiness in various ways. It doesn't just fall down from the sky. In order to be happy, different people will have to chase for the things that make them happy...? It's a really good movie. Will Smith plays Chris who is a salesman for some bone density scanner. Life wasn't easy...he became broke even before he knew it. In the movie, Chris's wife left him and he tried to pursue a career in stockbroking. In order to do that, he took up the 6 months internship program which means no salary. Only 1 is chosen at the end of the program to be hired. During those months, the events that occurred that sent him into a homeless frenzy while working hard in his internship program as well as trying to sell off the scanners was pretty heart wrenching. Chris is a character of strong willpower and confidence and Will Smith did a pretty damn good job at it and still came out looking damn good.

It's all about the music

Now playing : Dave Koz - Emily

Recently, a friend of mine lent me the LiteFM Lite Lounge cd comprising mostly instrumental music from the greats such as Dave Koz and Kenny G. The rest of them I've never heard of. I started to like Dave Koz's music after listening to his album "At The Movies" which featured some really nice cover versions such as his instrumental duet that featured the voice of India Arie on It Might Be You as well as Moon River with Barry Manilow. This cd, Lite Lounge has some well-known music such as Nothing But The Radio On, Over The Rainbow, When A Man Loves A Woman, Let's Wait A While...the light instrumental style. Perfect for a quiet rainy afternoon, curled up on my sofa, sipping hot milo and reading a book.

The past week since my last post has been relatively deadbeat. Kinda need a new challenge. It's getting routinely dull. I can't even remember what I did for the days that past. *thinking hard* Anyway, recently I noticed that my dog's fur was getting a little dry and there's a bit of those 'dandruff-like' specks on it. So I tagged along with Ding to the petshop to look for a dog shampoo + conditioner. Can you believe they even have stuff like de-stress shampoo for dogs?? I bought the Alpo dog shampoo because the rest are way too expensive and this one has a pleasant fragrance. I do notice a little difference in her fur after that. It's not so dry and dusty looking anymore, here's she sun bathing instead of sleeping under the shade.
And here she is ignoring her new toy after playing a short game of 'fetch' with her. She decides to ignore me too after finding out I didn't give her cookies after fetching the bone to me a couple of times.
Over the weekend, I started and finished one of the romantic chic novels entitled The Undomestic Goddess. It's a pretty funny story about a stressed out high-powered lawyer facing the worst crisis in her career, suffers a total meltdown and ended up in the suburb pretending to be a housekeeper. In the end, she turned out better, found love and a well-balanced life.
On Sunday, there was a sale going on at MNG in Island Plaza so I went to look around. Got myself a new handbag (I was actually looking around for a nice sling bag...couldn't find it, got distracted and bought something else) It was RM49..pretty reasonable. I never really liked MNG clothes because most of the material for their blouses are all soft clingy types that obviously does not compliment my not-so-slim figure. The materials used pretty much emphasizes every single bulge..every single runaway fat..ok..pretty much all extras that shouldn't be seen under clothes. I think MNG stuff are more specifically targetting those tall, slim model-like girls. Other than that, I don't remember anymore significant moments of the past few days so it's time I get back to checking my mails.
Cheers!

Now playing : Sugababes - Ugly

News of the day, Thierry Henry going to Barcelona. It's bye bye Arsenal. I wonder when will MU get a really good striker. Still waiting...I miss Ruud Van Nistelrooy and also Henrik Larrson eventhough he was there for only 3 months.
Oh, there is something that I forgot to do that is long overdue:
REAL MADRID ARE CHAMPIONS!!!
MANCHESTER UNITED ARE CHAMPIONS!!!

This was one of the best football seasons ever apart from when MU won the the treble in 1999. Nothing could beat that feeling.

Dreams, jam and omellete

Now playing : Dixie Chicks - Taking The Long Way Around

Thank God it's Friday! I woke up this morning following a nice dream. I can't remember what it was but it felt nice. Since I'm on the topic of dreams right now, did you realise..or maybe it's just me, that while I'm sleeping with a full bladder, of course I wouldn't realise I'm having a full bladder. Anyway, in such a situation I will always get dreams of me searching high and low for toilets. In my dreams, I've been to the best toilets ever and the worst ones also. I've been to exclusive looking washrooms as well as some really dirty looking toilets like the ones I used to have in my school. Awful! I guess the mind subconsciously plays out the scene for you depending on your feeling at the moment.
So, where was I? Oh yes, I woke up from a nice dream and prepared myself for work. Today was just usual, problems still unsolved..yada yada yada. My colleague sent me a link to a mind boggling, intelligence (or lack of) testing game and it has about 20 levels, I'm stuck at level 9. It's pretty fun. After lunch I was talking to my friend about where I was stuck and then we sort of went through it together for a couple of minutes till level 9 and I tuned out because I had other things to do suddenly. Anyway, the puzzle at level 9 is "Numbers of emergency calls". The clue is "Don't press repeatedly" So what is it? 911? 999? 9? 0? None of it is correct. Help me out here if you can.
Today is also a day of traffic jams. We were on our way to Tesco for lunch and the road in front of Queensbay was jammed. Why? Police road block, as always they like to do it and the wrong place at the wrong time. After work, everywhere was jammed such as coastal road, the elevated highway and even Yeap Chor Ee was bumper-to-bumper. Day of strawberry jam. When I got back home, I was busy checking my office mails because I was waiting for an email and I had a sudden craving for omellete again (I was thinking of eggs after having a brief email chat with Peen in the morning about food), so I made myself a ham omellette. Yummy.. My Friday has almost effectively come to a close. Hope you had a great one!

Classic Human Nature

Now playing : Human Nature - Midnight Train To Georgia

Just when I thought that I would not be getting any new stuff from Human Nature as I've not heard of them since they released their album 2 years ago "Walk the tightrope"..then...I stumbled upon this piece of news recently. They DID release 2 new albums after that and apparently it's quite successful especially in the land down under. 1 in 2005 and another in 2006 and they are still together. These 2 albums are fantastic. They are covers of all those great Motown classics which I used to always listen to on the radio such as Baby I Need Your Loving and also this song which I used to deem as annoying after hearing it on the radio over and over by the original singer - Heard It Through the Grapevine. Human Nature's version has made me like this song now. Other great songs on the album are my all-time favourite song My Girl (I think this was Four Tops's original song), Jackson 5's I'll Be There, If You Don't Know Me By Now.
The followup album "Dancing In The Streets" is part 2 of the classics collection. These 2 albums are making me so excited. It has those awesome songs such as the ever catchy Ain't No Mountain High Enough...'coz baby there's ain't no mountain high enough, ain't no valley low enough, ain't no river wide enough..'. Their take on the song ABC was a little odd though because this song sounds more suitable for high pitched teenagers to sing. Other songs are Midnight Train To Georgia (I've loved this song for a long time), What Becomes of The Broken Hearted (Vonda Shepard also made a version of this for the Ally McBeal show, it's a great song), Please Mr Postman (this is a golden oldie, man!), the ever catchy Sugar Pie Honey Bunch song and they even have You Can't Hurry Love which was sung by Diana Ross from the Supremes a long time ago. This is so good, all my favourite classic songs sung by one of the greatest group from Australia ever.

Did you know

Now playing : Chris Cornell - Billie Jean

Did you know …

…that for some people, as they grow older they don't grow wiser, the probability of one to be a troublemaking-pain-in-the-ass is much higher

…that 1 light year is 6 trillion miles in distance. The news on the star that exploded in supernova somewhere is the galaxy is 78 million light years away.
1 light year = 6 trillion miles
So, 78 million light years = 6 trillion miles x 78 million … you do the math.

…that words are powerful. Even if the words were constructed in a way that is not meant to spoil one’s reputation but unintentionally constructed in less than satisfactory vocabulary, it sounded like one is accused of not doing one’s work which is not true.

…that any type of cooked egg puts a smile on my face, be it scrambled egg, poached egg, sunny-side up style egg, half-boiled egg, hard-boiled egg, omellete, steamed egg and the list goes on. I’m a sucker for it.

…that most human bladders can hold up to 400cc of … pee before the need to burst. I don’t know how true is that or my friend is just pulling my leg. Start measuring your water intake and let me know.

…that most drivers of sports cars in this country are not really the ‘eye-candy’ that matches the car. Picture this, you see the sports car, you go ‘Wow!’. The driver stops and steps out, you give a soft grunt ‘Oh’ and you turn away.

…that the upstairs portion of McD Greenlane where the play area is located is like a ‘horror house in a themepark’. We can constantly hear the screams of children echoing down the stairs to where we are sitting on the ground floor. Don’t go up there…it’s a war zone. Screaming kids are scary.

Have a nice life.

My week in writing

Now playing : Jewel - Drive To You

By the way, I want to take this opportunity to wish Lynn all the best in her dragon boat race heats.

Four days had passed since my last post. I can’t even remember what I did on Tuesday & Wednesday. I guess it’s nothing important since it didn’t register in my memory. On Thursday my colleagues treated me to a Mcdonalds lunch and Secret Recipe chocolate brownie cake. There are a lot birthdays coming up this month. Next week, 3 of my colleagues are celebrating their birthdays. At the end of the month, 2 of my best friends from school are celebrating theirs and they are both in KL. The 3 of us (me, Soon Yee and Yee Leng) had a combo party years ago at Yee Leng’s apartment down by the swimming pool. That was pretty cool. I remember I made mash potatoes and probably someone said it tasted nice. Or maybe I thought someone said that. Haha!

Later Thursday night I watched a very nice movie. The movie is called Goal!...it’s about football obviously and has some cameo appearances by David Beckham, Zidane, Raul, Alan Shearer and the Chelsea team (pewk!). Anyway the actor that played the character Santiago Munez is real cute and despite all the hunks appearing here and there in the movie, it still maintained a reasonably good, predictable but good storyline. Even my mum who was busy reading the newspaper was into the movie. She was like…isn’t that David Beckham? Of course she only knows that guy. If she were to ask me isn’t that Raul? I will faint…

Friday wasn't a very hectic day and my mind was all over the place. One moment I’m doing my work, the next I’m thinking about the novel I was reading halfway the night before and another minute I was thinking of the 2 weeks I spent in the US and frankly, I miss it. Eventhough it’s only 2 weeks that I spent there but I actually like it there. It’s not a bad place to stay and there are so many things, so many places to see, see it once and I still want to see it again and again. I see people roller skating and jogging beside an open busy road, I remember the cool air that keeps blowing in my face. I like San Francisco and I miss the environment there. It’s a happening place but yet it’s a cosy place. Kinda like a mixture of peace, serenity and hip hop.
Anyway, now that it's Saturday...this morning I went for facial in Gurney. Gosh..it was quite nice. And right now I'm suppose to go for a hair cut but up till now I can't decide what kind of style I want to go for yet or whether I just want to leave it long, so I have to postpone my hair experiment to another day. Besides I'm not in the mood. It's almost 4pm now and there goes another Saturday. Time to continue reading my novel - Princess by Jean Sasson.

Boring Sunday

I'm thinking deeply and thoroughly. What the heck did I even do today? Let's see...I woke up 5 minutes before 10am. Then I sat around reading the newspaper and waiting for lunch time. Oh yes, and I read that Beckham brought glory, magic, 'oomph' and Beckham-mania back into the England squad. I guess he usually triumphs at come-backs such as his come back after the 1998 world cup trauma to help MU win the treble, his come back to help Real Madrid to the top of the table, his come back to put a little edge into the England team. Without him, they are just boring.
Later in the afternoon, I was in Metrojaya and I was looking around for a vintage alarm clock. You know, those clocks with the 2 bells on top...bahh...just look at the picture and you know what I mean. I've been meaning to get this kind of clock for years now until my friend told me that Ikea sells one which looks very vintage and nice. But I didn't get a chance to visit Ikea..so too bad. Anyway I found this one, it comes in 3 colours - black, red and white. The alarm is too loud so I don't use it but I just like to look at it. It makes me sigh with joy. I know that's weird but these kind of clocks are pretty! Oh and it doesn't come with the car. Just adding a little vintage feel to it. :)
Hmm...I spent my night reading a bit of Jean Sasson's Princess and playing NHL on my computer. Something's not the same with me anymore. I could spend hours playing games last time. Now, 10 minutes into the game and I'm already fed-up and thinking of uninstalling it. My patience keeps wearing thin over the years. Well, what the hell..Monday is holiday.

Happy 1st of June

Happy 1st of June 2007!
Network problem. Due to that, I had to do some recovery. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry. My posts are so laced with elements of work. It’s like my life only revolves around the same thing everyday. Yet I can’t deny that it does.
On Thursday I had a real frustrating day but come night time, I ended up being in a good mood that I forgot all the troubles at work. Ha ha! The good vibe was due to my dinner date with Peen and Lynn. We went to Sakae Sushi. Hmm..delicious sushi. The salmon sushi was cheap and yummy. Even the salmon skin temaki was cheap and good. Of course there is slightly less salmon skin but still enough to make me happy because it is like 2 or 3 times cheaper than most of the restaurants that sell this. Sushi king…eat yer hearts out!
While I was in Queensbay, I was browsing around in Borders and found this Anne Rice’s vampire collection books. 3 books in 1 which is the Interview With The Vampire, Vampire Lestat and Queen of The Damned. Interesting…I have this fetish for vampire stories but yet I don’t dare to watch vampire movies. Vampire stories tend to come in trilogies or so. I wonder why. I have the vampire trilogy by Nora Roberts. :P And I going to add this into my collection.

BlackBerry..SlackBerry..huh?

Here's something I received which had me chuckling to myself. Usually I would see "sent from Blackberry". But when I saw the below, I thought...hey..this fella is real funky, real cool!

Glitter of hope..it's Wednesday

Today, I started my day routinely as usual. Every night I will set both my alarm clocks (..yes I have 2 clocks) to ring at 6am and 6.15am respectively. Every morning, I will only get up at 6.45am. I wonder what’s the purpose of the clock when I already have a internal biological clock that automatically wakes me at 6.45. But I guess most people like me try to play it on the safe side. I wouldn’t want to wake up at see that it’s 7.30am but nevertheless if that happens on a school holiday week, no problem, it doesn’t rattle my cage because there won’t be traffic jams and I’ll reach the office in 15 minutes.
When I came to work, I received a forwarded mail from Soon Yee regarding the news about this lady who overworked herself…to death. Yup, it’s a warning. Don’t overwork yourself, leave work punctually if there are things that don’t need to be completed there and then..well, work never ends but life doesn’t wait for us. Then again, easy to say, hard to do. But of course, work is not worth losing own life over no matter how good the money is. Most importantly is the ability to decide for own self when to take a breather.
The plant in Singapore is closed for today and tomorrow due to public holiday. I wonder why I didn't take off since I’m supporting Singapore. I guess I still had to finish up my stuff and I got a phone call from people chasing me to complete something that was until now, low priority. Not long before I begun to do that task, someone else drags me into a discussion and poured a new task on me out of no where. Of course I can’t get it done for them as soon as they want. Everybody wants their things to be done first. Much to their dismay, things have to prioritized. Facts of work life that can’t be avoided. One thing I learn is being nice is not a nice thing.
As a closure to my day's post, just now I had dinner with my dad at...

New albums

MICHAEL BUBLE
This is Michael Buble's latest album and is the best so far. Coincidentally the first song on the album is called "The Best Is Yet To Come". It's a mix of old songs jazzy songs and a couple of new songs which were co-penned by Michael. I love it. My favourite songs in there are Lost, Everything (this is the song playing on the radio a lot), Call Me Irresponsible, he made a wonderful remake of the song Wonderful Tonight, Always On My Mind, Me and Mrs. Jones, Coming Home Baby (which features Boyz II Men). I am practically hooked on the new album. It still maintains his own style which is really remarkable. His voice is smooth, distinctive and easy recognisable. My favourite male singer right now!

MAROON 5
It Won't Be Soon Before Long is Maroon 5's new album. They performed one of the songs in there on last week's American Idol and that song was also recommended to me by Soon Yee. It's called "Makes Me Wonder". You are right SY! It's good! It's absolutely infectious. There are other nice songs in there such as Won't Go Home Without You, Goodnight Goodnight, Nothing Lasts Forever and...I like the cover. It looks nice huh?

Nice dinner

On Thursday I went to Jusco and bought myself some sushi and Tako Tao balls for dinner at home. The sushi was simply delicious, just thought I should share it here...of coz not the food...share my...erm...my thoughts of the sumptious sushi. Here's what I had:As for the Tako balls which was selling at RM3.90 for 3 balls. I took the Octopus ones...not that good. It looks cute and unique when the guy was making it but the taste is rather ok for the first bite. After that it just got a little gooey. No thanks. 1 is enough for me.

Blimey! It's Spidey

Yes it is...It's Spiderman 3 with three villains. Well...only one REAL villain which is Venom. The other one is a good guy blinded by the death of his father and the other, Sandman, only wants to help his daughter under any circumstance. Venom is the real baddie here and who would have known that skinny guy who plays Eric in That 70's Show can be such a convincing villain. Ooo he looks evil. I went to watch it this morning. I still don't know why GSC still has problem with tardiness. The show was supposed to start at 11.30am. We waited for 30 minutes watching stupid advertisements and it only FINALLY started at 12. Really stupid, they are never punctual.
In this third edition, Peter Parker was a jerk. He became a self-centred bloke who only focuses on himself and his own problems and doesn't let his girl talk about her problems, doesn't listen to her, too self-absorbed. It was fun to see him cry! MJ should have dumped him and gone for Harry Osborn - he's cute. Some parts of the movie were quite touching and it made me cry...just a little. The ending was ok, not too bad. I like it, it was funny to see Peter Parker dancing.

Survival of the fittest

Never mind that Chelsea was knocked out of the Champions League. I don't like Chelsea. Jose Mourinho..cute as he is, it's nice to see whatever smirk wiped off his face. And now, MU was totally outclassed by AC Milan in the semi-final match. Outclassed to the bone. The defence was so comical and full of errors. It's almost like MU were being too cautious. It cost them a golden opportunity. So who's the footballer of the year huh? I would have gone for Kaka.

Cool view

Horse-y strolling on the beach

This is cute. Take note of the smiley on the parachute.
